We pick the best Hokkaido ingredients we can, and cook them properly.

There's a counter too, so come solo and relax. A glass of wine and a single plate of pasta is more than welcome.

If we're going to do this in Hokkaido, we want to use what's local. Vegetables from nearby farms, fish from the morning market, cheese from makers around the island.
